Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. If you change your mind you, may return items within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
Return shipping will need to be covered by you as the buyer. However if you paid with PayPal, you can arrange to have them refund your return shipping costs. For more information on this click here.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, simply use our Contact Us form to get in touch.
If when you receive your item it is defective, then we will pay the return shipping and replace the product.

We can ship to anywhere in Australia. Shipping costs are based on your location and the size of the product/s you are ordering. For an exact cost, click on "Estimate Shipping" in your cart and enter your delivery details. As a general rule, shipping is charged as follows:

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to people in Zone 1 & 2 for orders over $99. Unfortunately, there is no "Free Shipping" offered to Zones 3 & 4.
Delivery and Despatch Times
We process orders daily at 8am.
We endeavour to deliver within 2 to 5 business days all over Australia. We deliver using Australia Post & Border Express.
Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location:
1-2 business days - NSW / ACT
2-3 business days - VIC / QLD
4-5 business days - SA / TAS
4-6 business days - WA / NT
